For notarial offices
The land register concerns you
before the file reaches you.
Property transfers, sales, easements, condominium ownership (PPE): what appears in the official gazette affects your current files and your clients. Declare the parcel or the party, and you are notified the following morning.
14-day trial · no credit card · no commitment
Volumes for the twelve months before 27.10.2026, recalculated every morning.
Day to day
What escapes you today
A property transfer on a parcel in your portfolio
It appears on a given day, under one heading among twenty. No one in the office has time to comb through the gazette every morning — and the correction published three weeks later goes unnoticed even more easily.
A sale that sets a comparable
Sales published in the land register state the price. Gathered together, they give the point of comparison the client asks for — provided they have been collected as they appeared.
A party who turns up elsewhere
A company party to a deed is published in the SOGC as well as in the gazette. Where the UID is published — the SOGC, the Official Gazette of Valais and the Official Gazette of Bern —, a watch anchored to that number follows it even after a change of company name; in the Geneva gazette, it is its name that is searched.
A restriction the parcel already carries
Zoning, easements, contaminated sites, listed buildings: the parcel profile brings together what three cantonal offices publish separately, with the source of each item.
Your watches
What you declare
A parcel is watched by its cadastral number, a company by its UID where it is published: these two anchors survive changes of name. A name or a term is searched word for word, ignoring accents and capitals.
A parcel
By its cadastral number. It is the parcel CITED in the notice that governs the match — never an inference drawn from an approximate address.
Carouge no. 1797
A party, a company
The term is searched in the full text of every publication. For a company, the watch is also anchored to its UID where it is published (SOGC, Valais, Bern) and survives a change of name there.
Example SA · CHE-123.456.789
An address, with a radius
To follow a building and its immediate surroundings: what is built next door weighs on the value as much as what is built on it.

Included

Parcel profile

Transactions

Parcel search
Find a parcel by municipality and number, in Geneva, Valais, the canton of Vaud, Fribourg and Bern.
Company profile
All the publications of a company, with no limit on archive depth.
PDF documents
Notice page and parcel profile as PDF, to attach to the file.
Complete archive
No cut-off at twelve months: the search goes back as far as the collection.
What the monitoring does not do yet
Summonses to heirs (art. 558 and 559 of the Swiss Civil Code) are collected, can be alerted on, and their deadline is shown on the notice page. It is not yet tracked as a deadline: no reminder is sent to you before it expires. You receive the notice and its time limit, not yet a countdown.
Recommended plan
Office · CHF 59/month
The whole office on the same parcels, with the complete archive and PDF and CSV exports — a notary regularly goes back beyond twelve months, and nothing must cut a title search short.
Frequently asked questions
Does the archive limit apply to a profile I open by name?
No, never. Archive depth limits exploration — the notice search and the map. A parcel profile, a company profile or a notice requested by name is always shown in full: a limit must not make the data lie.
Is Valais covered like Geneva?
The Official Gazette of Valais is collected, geolocated and watched in the same way as the Geneva gazette. Parcel search covers five cantons (Geneva, Valais, Vaud, Fribourg, Bern); extraction remains more detailed in Geneva, where the corpus is older.
Can several colleagues follow the same files?
Yes. From the Office plan, an alert can be held by the office rather than by one person, and everyone chooses whether or not to receive the daily e-mail. Office includes 5 users, Enterprise 30.
Start with a single watch.
The trial is long enough to see what the registers were saying about your files without your knowing it.
