Geneva · Vaud · Valais · Fribourg · Bern · all of Switzerland

The official registers, read with every issue.
You receive only what concerns you.

With every issue we collect FAO Geneva, Vaud (CAMAC public inquiries), the Official Gazette of Valais, the Official Gazette of Fribourg, the Official Gazette of Bern and the SOGC — and the federal publications of all 26 cantons. You declare a name, an address or a parcel, and you receive by e-mail what concerns you — a single message a day, never one per notice.

Coverage

What is collected, with every issue

FAO Geneva

Building permits and applications, land register, sales, debt enforcement, bankruptcies, estates, public inquiries.

Vaud (CAMAC public inquiries)

Building public inquiries in the canton of Vaud, as published by the CAMAC central office: nature of the works, parcel, coordinates and objection deadline.

Official Gazette of Valais

Public inquiries, municipal and cantonal decisions, judicial publications of the canton of Valais.

Official Gazette of Fribourg

Building permits, real estate acquisitions (without prices), land-use plans, debt enforcement, bankruptcies and judicial notices of the canton of Fribourg.

Official Gazette of Bern

Building permits, estates, judicial and official notices of the canton of Bern, via the official publications portal.

SOGC

The Swiss commercial register: incorporations, deregistrations, bankruptcies, changes of officers and of address, for the whole of Switzerland.

In practice

Three steps, then nothing left to do

1

You declare

A name, an address with its radius, a parcel. As many watches as your plan allows.

2

We collect

Every issue of every register is collected, structured, geocoded, then matched against your watches.

3

You receive

A daily, grouped e-mail, giving for each notice the reason it is sent to you and the link to the source.

Watches

We do not watch a keyword. We watch an object.

A building does not change its name when a company changes its company name, and a parcel is not found by chance through a spelling.

A name, a company

The term is searched in the full text of every publication. For a company, the watch is also anchored to its UID in the registers that publish it — the SOGC, the Official Gazette of Valais and the Official Gazette of Bern: there it is still followed even after a change of company name.

Example SA · CHE-123.456.789

An address, with a radius

Not just the building: everything published around it, within the radius you set. That is the difference between putting up with a building site next door and having seen it coming.

Route de Chêne 40 · 150 m

A parcel

By its cadastral number. The parcel cited in the notice governs — not an inference drawn from an approximate address.

Carouge no. 1797

The platform

And when you search yourself

The alert comes to you. The rest of the time, the whole corpus can be searched.

Map

Every geolocated notice, filterable by heading and by period.

Parcel profile

A profile for each parcel in all five cantons: published notices, zoning, buildings, public-law restrictions — and, depending on what the canton publishes, easements, hazards, contaminated sites.

Company profile

All the publications of a company, with no limit on depth, and its officers: who signs, who has left.

Transactions

Sales published in the land register, with comparables in Geneva; acquisitions in Fribourg.

Parcel search

Find a parcel by municipality and number, in Geneva, Valais, the canton of Vaud, Fribourg and Bern.

Reliability

What you can count on

The sources, not rewritten

Notices are reproduced as the register publishes them — same number, same headings, same content. A correction is flagged as such.

Database, backups and audience measurement in Switzerland. No cookies, no profiling.

Daily, checked collection

Collection is logged and monitored: a silent source is noticed, instead of passing for a day without news.

Frequently asked questions

Which cantons are covered?

Federal publications — commercial register, bankruptcies, debt enforcement, estates — cover all 26 cantons via the SOGC. At cantonal level, browsing and monitoring cover Geneva, Vaud, Valais, the Official Gazette of Fribourg and the Official Gazette of Bern.

When am I notified?

Geneva, Valais, Fribourg, Bern and the SOGC are collected every evening; the Vaud inquiries (CAMAC), which appear twice a week, with every issue. You receive a single e-mail a day, grouping everything that matches your watches — never one message per notice.

What happens at the end of the trial?

Nothing is deleted. Your alerts, matches and tags are kept; access to the registers is closed until payment, and you can retrieve your data at any time.

Where is my data?

The database, its backups and audience measurement — with no cookies and no profiling — are hosted in Switzerland. Two specialised providers process part of the data outside Switzerland: sending e-mails and payment.

Can I share a watch with a colleague?

Yes, from the Office plan: an alert can be held by the firm rather than by one person, and everyone chooses whether or not to receive the e-mail.

Start with a single watch.

An address, a company, a parcel. From the very next morning you will see what the registers were saying about your files without your knowing it.
