For developers and investors
A parcel on the move
shows up first in the official gazette.
Building applications, permits, extensions, property transfers in the land register: the first sign that a plot's fate is changing is an official publication. Watch the parcels and areas that interest you, and explore the rest on the map.
14-day trial · no credit card · no commitment
Volumes for the twelve months before 27.10.2026, recalculated every morning.
Day to day
What escapes you today
A building application filed on a plot you were following
It appears before any permit, and signals that another player has taken a position. It is the earliest signal the register produces.
An area coming to life
An address watched with a wide radius turns a hunch about a neighbourhood into a feed: every publication within the area arrives with its measured distance.
What the parcel already carries
Zoning, easements, buildings, contaminated sites, restrictions: the parcel profile brings together what several cantonal offices publish separately, stating where each item comes from and when it was retrieved.
The price the market actually paid
Sales published in the land register state the amount. Grouped by municipality and by period, they give comparables drawn from an official source rather than from a listing.
Your watches
What you declare
A parcel is watched by its cadastral number, a company by its UID where it is published: these two anchors survive changes of name. A name or a term is searched word for word, ignoring accents and capitals.
A parcel
By its cadastral number. It is the parcel cited in the notice that governs the match — not an inference drawn from an approximate address.
Carouge no. 1797
An area
An address and a radius that you set, to cover a whole sector rather than a point. The distance between the notice and your point is measured and displayed.
Route de Chêne 40 · 500 m
A player
Owner, contractor, architect, agent. For a company, the watch is also anchored to its UID where it is published (SOGC, Valais, Bern) and survives a change of company name there.

Parcel profile
In all five cantons: zoning, buildings, public-law restrictions, other constraints — with their source, and what each canton publishes in addition.
Transactions & comparables
Sales published in the Geneva land register, with prices and comparables; Fribourg acquisitions, published without prices.
Parcel search
Find a parcel by municipality and number, in Geneva, Valais, the canton of Vaud, Fribourg and Bern.
PDF documents
Notice page and parcel profile as PDF, for the acquisition file.
Complete archive
The history of a parcel with no cut-off at twelve months.
What the monitoring does not do yet
Exemptions granted are shown on the page of each Geneva construction notice, but cannot yet be filtered in lists or alerted on as such. A few public inquiries under the “Territoire” heading have no extracted location: they can still be viewed and found through search, but do not feed an area alert. Only the FAO of Geneva publishes sale prices; in Fribourg, acquisitions appear without prices, and Vaud, Valais and Bern do not publish them.

Frequently asked questions
Can I watch a whole sector rather than a parcel?
Yes: an address watch carries a radius that you set, from a few dozen metres to several hundred. Each match states the measured distance between the notice and your point.
Do the comparables cover the other cantons?
Sale prices are published only in Geneva (art. 39 LDTR): the comparables are from Geneva. In Fribourg, property acquisitions appear without prices and are shown on the parcel profile. Vaud, Valais and Bern do not publish their transactions. Parcel search, however, covers all five cantons.
Is there a plan beyond Enterprise?
Yes: a plan built case by case, for more users or large-scale prospecting — write to us.
