For property management agencies
Your portfolio, building by building,
and what is being built around it.
Declare your addresses once, with the radius that matters to you. Every building application, permit or extension published within that area reaches you the following morning — before the owner calls to tell you about it.
14-day trial · no credit card · no commitment
Volumes for the twelve months before 27.10.2026, recalculated every morning.
Day to day
What escapes you today
The building site next door
A building application filed on the neighbouring parcel is published once, in one line. The objection deadline runs from then. An address watched with a radius of one hundred metres brings it to you the next day, with the time limit when the notice states it.
A permit on a building you manage
It concerns the owner, but you are the one who will get the call. Receiving it on the day it is published changes the conversation.
The situation of a tenant or a debtor
Debt enforcement and bankruptcies appear in the official gazette and in the SOGC. A watch on the parties to your files keeps you informed without anyone having to comb through the heading every morning.
Work done twice
An alert held by the agency is visible to the whole team, with its tags and its history. Each person decides whether to receive the e-mail: the watch does not stop when its author is away.
Your watches
What you declare
A parcel is watched by its cadastral number, a company by its UID where it is published: these two anchors survive changes of name. A name or a term is searched word for word, ignoring accents and capitals.
An address, with a radius
The core of the job. You set the area; everything published within it comes back to you, with the distance measured between the notice and your point.
Route de Chêne 40 · 150 m
A parcel
By its cadastral number, when the building is better identified by its parcel than by its street — a frequent case in residential villa zones.
Carouge no. 1797
A name, a company
Owner, contractor, commercial tenant. For a company, the watch is also anchored to its UID where it is published (SOGC, Valais, Bern) and survives a change of company name there.

The whole portfolio and its geolocated notices, filterable by heading and by period.
Tags
Sort matches by building, by owner or by colleague.
Team alerts
A watch held by the agency, visible to all, independent of its author.
Parcel profile
Zoning, easements, buildings, restrictions and contaminated sites, with their source.
CSV exports
Export a list of notices or matches for an owner report.
Transactions
Sales published in the land register, to place a property in context.
What the monitoring does not do yet
Municipal public inquiries and traffic orders published under the “Communes” heading are collected but not yet structured: they come through as text, with no extracted address, and therefore do not trigger an area alert. They can still be found through search.
Recommended plan
Office · CHF 59/month
A portfolio runs to hundreds of addresses and is managed by several people: up to 400 watched values, 5 users, and alerts held by the agency rather than by one person who goes on holiday.
Frequently asked questions
How many addresses can I watch?
50 with the Solo plan, 400 with Office and 1'500 with Enterprise. The counter is always displayed: you always know where you stand before you reach the limit.
Is the radius the same for all my addresses?
No, it is set watch by watch. A building in town and a parcel in a villa zone do not call for the same area.
Will I receive one e-mail per notice?
Never. A single message a day groups all the matches, each with the watch that triggered it and the measured distance. Beyond a certain size, the message states plainly how many notices are not shown and links to the site.
Start with a single watch.
The trial is long enough to see what the registers were saying about your files without your knowing it.
